HCCS 2009-2010 Fall Semester Registration
哈维中文学校2009-2010年秋季学期注册于2009年七月二十六日凌晨十二点开始。
Howard County Chinese School 2009-2010 Fall semester online registration will start at 12:01 AM on July 26th, 2009.>
You will need to register as a parent to use our system. To register, go to the signup page. You will need to provide a valid email address.
After you register, you will receive a confirmation email along with a link. By clicking on the link, you will activate your account.
Upon activating your account, you will be able to signin at the HCCS home page, by clicking "Signin" menu button.
Once you successfully login, you will be directed to the new registration system. In this system, you can:
- Add new family members to your account.
- Modify information on family members.
- View the curriculum for different school year/semsters.
- Register for your children, yourself, and other family members.
- Preview the invoices for classes you register for your family.
- Generate invoices.
We do not support online payment at this time. You will need to print out the invoice page, or just note down the invoice numbers, and come to the school for payment.
The following is the high lights on what you need to know to help you and also help us to smoothly handle the registration for the coming school year.
- Please be patient with us as we improve our system. We are on a very small budget to host our online registration system. The system at times can be slow and possibly gives inconsistent information. In most of these cases, reloading the page will refresh the data and give you the good data.
- Please do not abuse the system. If you manage your family members, only do so for your immediate family members. Before register classes, refer to the static curriculum page. Hope you will have enough information on factors that affect your decisions, such as class time, teacher, location, schedule conflicts, etc.
- Please be considerate on others. Each class has a limited number of seats. Once the seats are filled, new registration will be placed in waiting list. We currently do not have a restriction on how many classes one can register. Please only register what you need and do not hold seats.
- After you generate invoice, you will not be able to drop the classes in the invoice. You are able to generate multiple invoices, even that is not recommended.

To complete the registration, please mail your payment by check (payable to HCCS) with your invoice number, to the following address:

The payment needs to be postmarked by August 15. After August 21, the invoice without payment will be canceled. The opening space will go to the student who is on the waiting list if there is any.
