Although the 2025 Spring Festival celebration of Howard Chinese School was postponed to January 26 due to snow, the postponement did not dampen everyone's enthusiasm, but made the celebration more memorable. The window was covered with snow, and the gongs and drums were loud inside, and the atmosphere was joyful. The temple fair, cultural exhibitions and art performances attracted enthusiastic participation from the community, parents of students and guests from all walks of life, and everyone shared this cultural feast in laughter.。

In order to host this annual Spring Festival Gala, the Harvey Chinese School Committee, Board of Directors, Parents Association, Student Union, and Harvey Chinese Cultural Center worked together and carefully prepared for more than two months. On the day of the event, more than 250 actors performed passionately and 100 volunteers selflessly contributed. Under the direction of Xu Yi, the chief director of the Spring Festival Gala, they jointly presented a splendid, joyful, and happy cultural event. This is not only the first Spring Festival Gala directed by Director Xu Yi, but also an audio-visual feast that combines professional standards and warm emotions, allowing the audience to immerse themselves in it and have endless aftertaste.

The temple fair is still very lively despite the postponement

The temple fair was bustling with people. Nearly 20 traditional food stalls were set off by red lanterns, and the aroma was overflowing, attracting an endless stream of guests. There were all kinds of food, such as candied haws, Bobo chicken, hot and sour jelly, Roujiamo, husband and wife lung slices, mango pudding, pea yellow, matcha red bean cake, eight-treasure porridge, and fermented rice dumplings, allowing people to feel the warmth of home and the taste of the New Year in the cold winter.

At the same time, the live band gently plucked the strings, and the familiar melody floated in the air, adding a warm and nostalgic atmosphere to the temple fair. While tasting the food, the audience hummed along with the music, immersed in this New Year's event that combines food, culture and joy. The God of Wealth and the panda doll shuttled among the crowd, interacted with everyone to take photos, and sent New Year's blessings, making the temple fair full of festive joy and warmth.
