We need your help!
Since its founding in 1998, Howard County Chinese School has grown through nearly three decades of dedication. Thanks to the hard work and selfless contributions of several generations of Howard County residents, the school has developed into the largest and most outstanding Chinese education institution in Howard County, Maryland.
We fully recognize that achieving the school’s sustainable development and transformation depends on the support of every individual who cares about community education. We sincerely invite you to join us through the following ways, working together to write a more brilliant future for HCCS.

Donations
Every generous donation you make will be directly used to support our Chinese language teaching and community cultural activities. We promise transparency in fund usage; all donor information and donation amounts will be publicly displayed on our school’s official website according to the donor’s wishes. For corporate sponsors, we will provide corresponding promotional benefits based on the sponsorship level, ensuring that your goodwill receives the social recognition it deserves.
Volunteerism
At HCCS, your dedication shines — from parents supervising classrooms to volunteers supporting events, to board members guiding the school’s growth. Your commitment has shaped our achievements, and our educational legacy needs more passionate individuals like you. We invite you to join the PTA or Board of Directors, and to stay involved through volunteer opportunities. Let’s work together to build a brighter future for HCCS!

Join the Teacher and EC Teams
Teachers are the foundation of education. HCCS invites passionate, responsible individuals to join our team — from Chinese and bilingual instructors to educators in music, arts, dance, STEM, board games, and more. Here, your talents will shine, and your dedication will help shape the next generation’s minds and spirits.
The Executive Committee is the core of HCCS, handling registration, teaching coordination, logistics, and publicity. Most members contribute quietly outside of work, embodying true dedication. As our school grows, we urgently need more like-minded partners to join the School Committee and help drive our development.
If you’re ready to serve the community and support Chinese education, please contact the EC Secretary. Let’s work together to move HCCS forward!
