Since its founding in 1998, Howard County Chinese School has grown through nearly three decades of dedication. Thanks to the hard work and selfless contributions of several generations of Howard County residents, the school has developed into the largest and most outstanding Chinese education institution in Howard County, Maryland.
As a nonprofit educational institution, we provide high-quality Chinese education and cultural exchange services to the community at tuition rates well below market levels. These achievements are the result of hard work of all faculty and staff, the passionate dedication of countless volunteers, and the strong support of caring individuals from all sectors of the community.

Every generous donation you make will be directly used to support our Chinese language teaching and community cultural activities. We promise transparency in fund usage; all donor information and donation amounts will be publicly displayed on our school’s official website according to the donor’s wishes. For corporate sponsors, we will provide corresponding promotional benefits based on the sponsorship level, ensuring that your goodwill receives the social recognition it deserves.

HCCS invites passionate, responsible individuals to join our team — from Chinese and bilingual instructors to educators in music, arts, dance, STEM, board games, and more. The Executive Committee is the core of HCCS, handling registration, teaching coordination, logistics, and publicity. Most members contribute quietly outside of work, embodying true dedication.
