This course combines age-appropriate teaching content with fun, engaging activities such as games, songs, rhymes, and Chinese cultural projects to spark students’ interest in learning Chinese. The goal is to help students gradually build skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
By the end of the course, students will understand the basic structure of Chinese characters, recognize and read 85 single characters and 30 two- or multi-syllable words, and use simple expressions to greet and say goodbye, introduce their name, gender, age, and family, as well as describe basic personal features, express numbers, dates, and identify objects. At home, students can reinforce what they’ve learned by watching online review videos, singing songs, and completing exercises.
