Create a New Account
HCCS course registration is now fully online. If you already have an HCCS registration account, please log in.
If you don’t yet have an HCCS registration account, please follow the steps below to create one. Important Note: Adult students (ages 18 and above) must create their own accounts. For youth or younger students (ages 4 to 17), parents need to create the account on behalf of their child. The steps for creating a new account are as follows:
- Click the “Registration System Login” menu at the top right corner of the page > select “Sign Up”, complete all the required information, and then click “Submit” to send your online application.
- After submission, the system will send a confirmation email to the email address you specified. Click the link in the email to activate your account.
- Log in to your new account and add family members.
- If you or your child is under 18, you will need to present a birth certificate or passport to the EC on-site duty staff for verification, or email it to the Registrar (register@hccs-md.org ). After the Registrar verifies the age information and activates the student’s status, the student can log in and enroll in courses. To protect student privacy, the Registrar will delete the email immediately after completing this process, and we recommend that parents also delete their sent email, usually found in your email client’s Sent folder.
- Adults can register for classes directly after adding them without verification.
Registration Refund Policy
HCCS follows the registration refund policy outlined below:
- Registration fee is not refundable.
- Textbooks are refundable only if they are unopened and in their original condition.
- Fall Tuition Refund Policy: Students who submit a Refund Application Form to the registration office within the first three weeks of the semester after enrolling in courses are eligible for a full refund. After the first three weeks, fall tuition fees are non-refundable.
- Spring Semester Refund Policy: Students who registered in the fall semester and submit a refund application before the spring semester begins are eligible for a refund of the spring semester tuition; Students who register for the spring semester and submit a Refund Application Form to the registration office within three weeks of the semester start are eligible for a full refund; After the first three weeks of the spring semester, tuition fees are non-refundable.
- Course withdrawal and refund require completing the HCCS Course Withdrawal Application Form. Once the form is filled out, please email it to the Registrar at register@hccs-md.org .
